Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Rudimental's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services

Rudimental provides fractional marketing strategy, creative, content, and growth marketing services for businesses.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate information, grant necessary access to relevant systems, pay invoices on time, and designate a point of contact for communications.

4. Intellectual Property

Custom work becomes the client's property upon full payment. Rudimental retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, and frameworks, along with the general knowledge and expertise gained while performing the work.

5. Payment Terms

Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. Services may be suspended for accounts with overdue balances.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect proprietary information shared during an engagement, with confidentiality obligations continuing after the engagement ends.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rudimental's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment for all services rendered prior to termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, with disputes resolved in the courts of Idaho.

10. Changes to Terms

Rudimental may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance.
